• All digital products will be available for download immediately upon successful payment verification. There is no processing or shipping period for digital items.

Download Access:

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link to access your purchased digital products. Ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.

Wrong Email Disclaimer:

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address entered at the time of purchase. If you suspect that you have provided an incorrect email address, please contact us immediately at craftifeed@gmail.com. We will do our best to rectify the issue.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact us at craftifeed@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will notify you by email regarding the refund process. Please note that refunds can only be issued if the product has not been downloaded.

Lost Download Links:

Cancellations:
