1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

3. Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. 

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim. Additional details can be found in our Returns Policy.

5. How do I request a return and refund?

  • To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@amazirhub.com with a detailed reason for return and include pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on where to mail the product. For your assurance, please use a trackable mail service to ensure your refund.

7. Are customs and taxes included in the order total?
